1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item or size delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

3. Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be approved before sending the product

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be initiated
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
