1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item or size delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
3. Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be approved before sending the product
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or worn products
- Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
